The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone LA Fire Relief Tracer Pack has emerged as a notable initiative, amassing $1.6 million for wildfire relief efforts in California. The Call of Duty franchise has a history of philanthropy, and this bundle exemplifies innovative ways that gaming communities can support disaster response.

Since its inception, microtransactions have been a staple in the Call of Duty series, evolving from basic map packs to offering Supply Drops, Voice Packs, and various weapon enhancements. With the transition to a live service model, the inclusion of new cosmetics like Operator Skins, Weapon Charms, and Emotes became standard. In line with this trend, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 features a variety of purchasable items, including the LA Fire Relief Tracer Pack, specifically designed to support areas in California affected by recent wildfires. Launched in January, this unique pack has already generated over $1 million in proceeds aimed at assisting wildfire relief in Los Angeles.
