New Characters Teased for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PC

Exciting developments are on the horizon for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, especially concerning new playable characters on the PC platform. A recent video release has sparked significant interest among fans, showcasing the Turks, Reno and Rude, as playable characters.

Shared on YouTube by D3DNieR, the footage demonstrates players controlling both Reno and Rude, complete with their unique skill sets during intense boss battles. While the implementation is still in progress—evidenced by the lack of Reno’s voice and the absence of ATB (Active Time Battle) requirements for their special abilities—the gameplay already appears quite polished, leaving fans eager for more.

Modifications and Enhancements Following PC Release

Since its earlier launch on PC, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has welcomed a plethora of modifications, significantly enhancing the gaming experience. Among these improvements is the ability to increase the party size beyond three members and to incorporate temporary characters like Zack and Sephiroth into the combat roster. Players can now access these characters beyond their limited segments in the original game, allowing for a broader experience.

Additionally, players can experiment with the inclusion of Cid and Vincent in their parties. However, it’s worth noting that these characters are not fully playable due to the absence of distinctive movesets, which could lead to game crashes when they are added to the main party. This limitation highlights the ongoing challenges in implementing new gameplay features.

Availability of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is now officially available on both PC and PlayStation 5 worldwide, making it accessible for a broad audience eager to delve into its rich narratives and engaging gameplay.
