Exciting New Final Fantasy Scale Figures Unveiled by Good Smile Company

At the highly anticipated Wonder Festival 2025 Winter, Good Smile Company has announced the development of three new scale figures featuring iconic characters from the Final Fantasy series. Fans can look forward to seeing Fran from Final Fantasy XII, Claire “Lightning”Farron from Final Fantasy XIII, and Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV. These figures are currently at various stages of development, suggesting that either Lightning or Noctis might be released first.

Detailed Prototypes of Lightning and Noctis

Among the updates shared, a painted prototype of Lightning was showcased. In this design, she stands turned slightly away from the viewer, preparing to engage with a dynamic pose while holding her iconic gunblade, the Blazefire Saber, ready at her side.

Similarly, Noctis is also represented in the painted prototype phase. He is portrayed as he appears in the beginning of Final Fantasy XV, confidently wielding his signature Engine Blade, adding to the visual appeal of this upcoming figure.

Fran’s Concept Art Offers Insight into Future Design

In contrast to Lightning and Noctis, Fran’s representation exists only as a piece of concept art at this stage. The artwork hints at a potential pose for the figure, showcasing her in her traditional attire from Final Fantasy XII. If this concept is brought to life in the final product, Fran may be depicted wielding the Shortbow, a weapon associated with her character in the game.

Meanwhile, Final Fantasy XIII is accessible on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, along with its sequels, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: FFXIII.
