For avid gamers eager to dive into Monster Hunter Wilds, pre-ordering or choosing the Deluxe or Premium Deluxe Editions comes with exciting bonuses. These include coveted items such as the Hope Charm and the Guild Knight Set. However, understanding how to claim these items may not be straightforward for all players. This guide aims to inform pre-order customers and Deluxe Edition buyers about effectively accessing their bonuses.

To unlock pre-order items in Monster Hunter Wilds, players must secure their copies of the PlayStation or Xbox versions by 11:59 PM on February 27, 2025. For PC gamers, the pre-order deadline is set for 4:59 AM UTC on February 28, 2025, specifically through Steam.

How to Claim Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition Items

Step 1: Visit the Support Desk

Players should first reach the Base Camp located in Windward Plains, which serves as the initial biome in Monster Hunter Wilds. Support Desks are also available in Base Camps across different biomes. Upon locating the Support Desk, players need to interact with the Felyne and follow these steps to claim their bonus content:

  1. Select “I’d like to request support.”
  2. Select “Claim Content.”
  3. Choose the downloadable content and complete the claim process.

While some items may not appear immediately during the claiming process, players can rest assured that they will be available after visiting the Support Desk.

Step 2: Access the Tent

After claiming items at the Support Desk, navigating to the Tent in your Base Camp is essential. The Tent serves as a hub for equipping most of the bonuses awarded in Monster Hunter Wilds. Its location is marked on the previous map, but players can find Tents in Base Camps throughout different biomes as well.
