Preparing for the Confrontation with Ordemos
Ordemos is a formidable level 63 Giant-type enemy, vulnerable to Dark attacks while resisting all forms of physical damage and repelling lightning. His potent physical skills can quickly wear down your health, making a strategic plan essential.
Be mindful that Ordemos can inflict Daze; to counter this, ensure you have skills such as Patra or gear that mitigates the effects of this status ailment equipped on several party members.
Recommended Party Members and Archetypes

Archetypes
Notes
Protagonist
Prince
Utilize the Void Wave skill from the Soul Hacker Archetype to reduce Ordemos’ attack power while dealing damage.
Hulkenberg
Dark Knight/Paladin
As the team tank, consider skills like Holy Knight’s Proclamation and Shelter Formation from the General Archetype to enhance her durability.
Junah
Master Person
Her one-time weakness-inflicting skills, such as Dance of Verdure, work excellently in synergy with the Protagonist’s Void Wave.
Heismay
Ninja
Employ Dark skills to exploit Ordemos’ vulnerabilities, particularly the Adamant Nightblade skill for debuffs.
Before engaging in the battle, consider the following tactical tips:
- Utilize Dual-Healers: Although Junah serves as the primary healer, consider teaching a skill like Mediline to Hulkenberg for added healing support during the fight.
- Avoid Physical Attacks: Since Ordemos only resists physical skills, conserve your resources. Use skills such as Frigid Fortress Tactic for physical characters like Hulkenberg if necessary.
- Flexible Party Members: Feel free to replace Junah with Eupha to utilize her elemental skills from the Devil Summoner Archetype if preferred.
Strategies for Defeating Ordemos

If Catherina is on your team, her abilities will significantly impact Ordemos’s health, simplifying the battle for you. Likely, Heismay will act first thanks to his high Agility. Cast Adamant Nightblade promptly; this will lower Ordemos’ evasion and target his weakness to Dark elements.
Continue stacking this debuff until you achieve three layers. Once accomplished, you can employ Heismay’s additional Dark skills effectively. For those feeling daring, consider casting Rakunda beforehand to reduce Ordemos’ defense as well.
With Hulkenberg in play, alternate between using Shelter Formation to boost the team’s defense and employing Holy Knight’s Proclamation to absorb incoming hits from Ordemos, ensuring she balances defending and attacking with appropriate elemental skills.
Now, let’s focus on the dynamic between Junah and the Protagonist. Junah can leverage one-time weakness inflicting skills efficiently, while the Protagonist’s Void Wave will negate Ordemos’s attack power and expose his Wind weakness.

Prioritize healing whenever your party members’ health dips below 50% to prevent unnecessary knockouts. Maintaining consistent defense buffs through Shelter Formation will help mitigate damage taken.
