The Daily Grind: What cosmetic reward do you almost never use in MMOs?

I’m not a hat guy. I don’t wear hats. I’ve never really liked wearing hats, and I generally don’t care for hats. And that extends to a lot of my aesthetic sensibilities, too. So an MMO can give me an endless string of the greatest hats known to man, but they’re not really going to do much for me because, as mentioned, I am not a hat guy. They may be great hats, but I’m just not one for hats. Sorry, hats of the world.
The thing about cosmetic rewards is that they’re only as valuable as the odds of using them. Having a new mount doesn’t do much if you already have all the mounts you need and like to use. Access to minipets you never summon does not make a meaningful difference. So what cosmetic reward do you almost never use in MMOs? What is theoretically a chance to look a little different and even better that you are just never going to make any use of?
