And the winner is…

NCsoft Korea turned away employees who have worked too many hours

While video game companies here in the west are climbing over each other to be the most abusive studio with the worst reputation, most lawsuits, and crappiest pay, NCsoft’s Korean branch instituted a formal policy to prevent employees from overworking – literally stopping them from entering the building if they’ve put in too many hours.
