The Solo Leveling Arise best skills listed below require specific Runes to enhance their powers astronomically. While the skills I’ve mentioned are strong in general, you can buff them even more by equipping them with particular elemental Runes.

Solo Leveling Arise Best Skills
To enhance the power of a skill, you must equip a skill with an elemental Rune. The buffs and abilities given to the skill depend on the elemental Rune that is equipped. For instance, your Crit Hit DMG may increase, or you gain the ability to send enemies flying into the air.

Fusing a Skill
Rune Fragments are the must-have material when fusing Skill Runes. Depending on the rarity of the Skill Rune, you’ll need a certain amount of Rune Fragments and Gold. To speed up the process, I recommend clicking the Simple Fusion button so you can fuse a Skill Rune multiple times. The main thing to remember when fusing these Runes is that they all have a drop rate chance. The rarer the Skill Runes, the lower their drop rate is. You need a ton of Rune Fragments to make fusions worth it, as you may come away with useless Runes at times. Obtaining any Skill Rune dupes means you can start to fuse them in hopes of getting a rarer and stronger one.
Rune Fragments
To fuse a Skill Rune, you need Rune Fragments! You can complete Red Gates to obtain these as a reward, or simply purchase them in the in-game shop. Specifically, the Rune Fragments are available in the Celebration Coin Exchange tab (within the Exchange Shop tab) and the Bonus tab. Remember that they have a limited weekly supply in the Celebration Coin Exchange shop. These Coins are earned by summoning on the banners!
