Project Baki 3 Shadow Man

Who is the Shadow Man? As mysterious as he sounds, you see quite a lot of him in-game. To find the Shadow Man NPC, you need to head to the New City in City 2 and make your way to the Romanian Restaurant. He stands behind it, like a shadow, and is next to a bag of trash that just so happens to be purple. The Shadow Man is essentially a way of storying mythical items and styles.

The Shadow Man lets you equip obtaining Shadow Fighting Styles via a Style or Relic that does not have a Trainer. The Shadow Man Fighting Styles cover a ton of franchises, similar to the Event Fighting Styles. However, they’re much better than the standard Fighting Styles that you can unlock. Plus, who doesn’t want to wield the power of their favourite anime characters?

Other Uses

As well as unlocking said Fighting Styles, you can also use the Shadow Man NPC to switch out your Devil Fruits. It’s important to note that the Doa Doa no Mi fruit and the Gomu Gomu no Mi fruit cost 2 million Yen each to equip.

If you manage to obtain the Pod Program relic, the Shadow Man NPC also comes in handy! This relic takes inspiration from the pods from Nier Automata, allowing you to utilise a Pod in battle that knocks enemies back. You need to defeat a singular player to be in with a chance of getting it!

Make sure you definitely want it before activating the Pod Program, as it will replace your current relic. Oh, and it also costs 2 million Yen to implement, so you better get saving. Finally, the True Longinus Lance and the Longinus Lance are stored by the Shadow Man. But, you’ll have to have another 2 million Yen to equip either of them!
