Monopoly GO gets a bunch of events throughout the week, but one of the more popular limited-time events is the Golden Blitz! It doesn’t occur all the time and only lasts around 24 hours when active.
So, what do you do in the Golden Blitz event? First and foremost, it’s a chance to trade with other players for the golden stickers you might be missing. There’s no telling which stickers will be available at the start of the event though. Hopefully, the next ones will be the stickers you don’t have in your album yet!
How to Take Part in the Golden Blitz Event
With the event lasting approximately 24 hours, you can send 5 golden stickers in total (like how the daily sticker trades work). The golden stickers you trade are those that are currently active in the Golden Blitz event! The purpose of this occasion is to fill out your albums that might otherwise be tricky to complete due to the drop chances of certain stickers.
To obtain a gold sticker, you must open up sticker packs in-game. The chance of obtaining a golden sticker is quite rare, with a low drop rate chance. Like other stickers, the golden variant has differing rarities, such as 5-star and 4-star. The second method is by getting lucky enough for another player to trade one with you! If they’re happy enough to take any sticker in return for a golden one, then great.
