How To Obtain The Horn of Salvation In Peroxide Guide
Before you get ahead of yourself, you’ll need to do a little bit of prep work. First, get your hands on an Impure Hogyoku, obtained from Time Gates (Which spawn every hour), where you occasionally earn a Time Remnant reward. The Time Remnant easily exchanges for the Impure Hogyoku, which you should then consume.
Consuming the Impure Hogyoku plays a small scene where you watch your character fall pitifully, before respawning. This act gives you access to Vizard, which you’ll need to master before the next steps. Mastering your Vizard includes utilizing the Mask when it is at full charge, or defeating the Shinji NPC.
Once mastered, take a trip to Hueco Mundo and use a Time Splitter to summon the Starrk Boss. You may need to repeat this battle a few times to get your hands on a True Hogyoku, which isn’t a high-chance drop. When obtained, consume the True Hogyoku and the real quest begins!
Beginning The Quest
Whilst in Hueco Mundo, you’ll need to kill 50 players with a few conditional rules. They must be different players and all at maximum level (S+ Rank). This process is quite grind-intensive, but once it’s done you can head into a Time Gate to start the next task.
Inside the Time Gates, you’ll need to get 5 kills without dying, however, luckily, Teammate and Enemy defeats count towards the statistic. When completed successfully, a small popup will display, and you’ll be invited into a simple enough Obby within the Gourge.
Final Steps
On the other side of the Obby, you’ll face your next requirement which is almost as intense as the 50-player kills. You’ll now have to get 5 wins in a row within the Time Gates. Naturally, this means a loss for your team resets the quest. However, when done, you’re in the final stretch to getting the Horn of Salvation!
The final step includes going to the bell in Hueco Mundo and heading up the Las Notches to fight and defeat the Terumi Boss. On victory, a text will display on the screen reading “You have proven yourself worthy of salvation…” and the Horn of Salvation is adorned to the player.
Horn of Salvation Abilities
- Activation – Regenerates between 60-75% of your maximum health by separating the Hollow within your body using a horn.
- Getsuga Gran Rey Slash – Performs a powerful slashing attack on enemies.
- Salvation Road – Let’s out a war cry which intimidates foes and chips away at their health.
