The Fisch Rod of the Eternal King has an interesting passive, but it needs an Enchantment for it to perform at its fullest potential.

Reach level 650 so you can use this rod in Fisch on Roblox! Can’t craft yet? Read our Fisch Crafting guide to find out how to unlock the feature. One of the materials you need to craft this rod is obtained via clams – take a look at our Fisch Clams guide to discover how to catch them!

Fisch Rod of the Eternal King

The Rod of the Eternal King is one of the craftable fishing rods in the game! It’s always one of the hardest to get, due to its high-level requirement and the materials you need to craft it in the first place.

Its stats are already impressive, but it’s the passive ability that makes it a popular option for players at level 650 and above. Yep, 650… if you’re nowhere near that (like me), you’ve got a long way to go.

Rod of the Eternal King Passive

The passive ability that comes with the rod summons a Royal Escort. You have a 10% chance of this happening every 30 seconds, which is pretty decent if you’re planning to have a long fishing session. You’re almost guaranteed an appearance from the Royal Escord, even with a 10% spawn rate.

Anyway, when the Royal Escort appears, your luck stat gets an additional 150% buff for a total of 10 seconds. That’s on top of the already-existing base 160% luck boost with the rod. So, for 10 seconds, you have a bonus 300% luck. Still, 10 seconds isn’t a long time.

The rod comes with a 50% Lure Speed, which is great but can still be increased. To improve this, you need to Enchant it with a speed-boosting Enchantment, such as Hasty or Swift. The former boosts Lure Speed by 55% and the latter grants a 30% Lure Speed boost. Either is good, but Hasty is the one you need if you want to maximise your Lure Speed stat!

How to Obtain the Rod of the Eternal King

As mentioned, this rod is available via crafting in the Ancient Archives, found within the Ancient Isles. To craft the Rod of the Eternal King, you need 2 Golden Sea Pearls, 1 Lunar Thread, and 3 Inferno Wood.

  • Golden Sea Pearls
    • You obtain them by opening Clams found at Roslit Bay
  • Lunar Thread
    • You can fish them out of the water or find them in Treasure Chests
  • Inferno Wood
    • You obtain them by fishing in Roslit Volcano (make sure you have a Magma Rod or Reinforced Rod beforehand)
