Fisch Boats
Boats are used to travel between islands! Your character has stamina, so you can only swim so far without one. While all boats can get to each destination, those with a slow speed take a significant amount of time to get from point A and point B. Some boats are easier to control than others too, which is indicated by the Steering stat.
If you want to fish in the middle of the ocean or visit the Deep Ocean, you need a boat. There are specific fish that have a higher spawn rate in these locations, so if you want them for your Bestiary, your main focus should be obtaining a boat as soon as possible.
How to Get a Boat
The only way to get a boat is to purchase one from a Shipwright NPC. These merchants can be found in:
- Moosewood by the Docks (365, 135, 255)
- Roselit Bay by the Docks (-1455, 130, 740)
