Fisch Ancient Archives
The Ancient Archives is a separate area within the Ancient Isle. It’s not easily accessible, and it can take a while to unlock… and I mean a really long time. That is unless you get lucky with an Eclipse event and 3 other people.
To access the area, you need to unlock the Ancient Archives Door. We have a guide on the entire process, which goes over how to find the door, and how to solve the statue puzzle.
There’s more to the Ancient Archives than fishing too! This is where you can craft new rods using gathered materials such as thread and wood. You cannot craft these rods anywhere else, and while some aren’t a priority, others have some cool passive abilities.

Here are all the fish you can currently catch when fishing in the waters within the Ancient Archives! There aren’t many right now, though it isn’t clear if more fish will be added to the location in future updates. For now, enjoy their complicated names and easy preferences!
