Dig It Events Guide
Let’s go through them!
Falling Stars Event
Well, I suppose it’s in the name. During this event, stars will fall from the sky and land around the map. Make sure you dig them up before they disappear, as you have the chance to get modifiers on them! This changes the value, meaning you can sell it to make a profit. There is a 16% chance of this event happening.
Meteor Event
Heads up! This event makes a meteor fall from the sky and land in the ocean. During this event, you’ll need to team up with other players to destroy the meteor and find the meteor shovel. Anyone who participated will also obtain a legendary meteor, apart from the person who dealt the most damage. They will be rewarded with a meteor core, which you can sell or keep as a souvenir!
Colossal Worm Event
Trying to find the Colossal Worm? This event increases your chances! To get this event, you have to head to the Badlands, where it has a 22% chance of happening in the middle of the island near The Pit. You’ll know if it’s happening, as there will be a large yellow circle which you can dig in to find it.
Woolly Mammoth Event
During this event, head to the ice cave at Permafrost to find a blue circle. If you dig inside this area, you will have an increased chance of finding a Woolly Mammoth. This event has a 22% chance to occur.
Ioniser Shovel Event
This event has a 16% chance of happening, and when it does, a UFO will spawn anywhere on the map. Under the UFO is the Ionizer Shovel. When using this, there is a 30% chance anything you dig up will have a modifier.
Lunar Clouds Event
This event spawns the Lunar Clouds Island, which appears in the sky usually located above the sea. This event has a 22% chance of occurring.
Rainbow Event
The Rainbow Event gives you a 5% chance to dig up an item that has the Rainbow Mutation. If something has this mutation, it will turn multicoloured, and the value of it increases by x4. The event has a 11.67% chance of happening.
Watchful Moon Event
You (and everyone else in your server) will get a huge luck boost for the duration of this event. This is great to help increase your chances of digging up some of the higher rarity items.
Rainstorm Event
It will start to rain and you can dig up fish from anywhere on the map! During this event, you can also purchase the Megalodon Shovel from the Finn NPC in the ocean.
