Find out how to unlock all of the Blood Cash endings, including the bad ending, good ending, making friends with Billy, and Billy’s revenge. While it’s a completely different game compared to Blood Cash, check out our Gumball Horror Endings guide to help you complete the Amazing World of Gumball-inspired horror game!

Blood Cash Endings

There are four endings to unlock!

Good Ending

For the good ending, you need to unlock the Glove weapon with 100 cash and continue to hit Billy until you obtain 12.5K cash to pay off your debts. As you can probably tell, this takes quite a while, as the Glove provides 2 cash per hit. As soon as you reach 12.5K cash, Billy congratulates you!

Bad Ending

To get the bad ending, all you need to do is attack Billy as much as possible by unlocking every single weapon. The order is:

  • Glove (100 cash)
  • Rolling Pin (300 cash)
  • Bat (600 cash)
  • Pan (1,250 cash)
  • Brass Knuckles (3K cash)
  • Sledgehammer (6K cash)
  • Knife (10K cash)

By hitting him over and over again with weapons, you earn cash, which you can then use to purchase the next weapon, which is often much more sinister and dangerous. Once you unlock the final weapon, which is the knife, you can kill him, which then unlocks the bad ending. You drive away with all of the cash as the police arrive.

Revenge Ending

For the revenge ending, keep upgrading the weapon and hitting Billy until the red filter appears on your screen. Once you have 6K cash, you can purchase the Sledgehammer, which then causes the screen to go black and red as you attack him. Eventually, the screen returns to normal, and he hunches over the table.

Keep hitting him until you reach 12.5K cash, which is enough to pay off your debts. He shouts that you have your money and that you should leave him alone. You drive off with the cash, leaving an extremely injured Billy behind. Fast forward a few years, and Billy files a report against you, leading to you receiving a life sentence in prison.

Friendship Ending

To unlock the friendship ending, you need to have a chat with Billy. You can do this by clicking the ‘Have a chat’ option rather than clicking ‘Continue’. This option becomes available once you reach at least one of the other endings. Billy recognises you and begs you not to hurt him again, which you then apologise for, explaining why you were so desperate for the cash. You then ask Billy who he is, and he goes on to tell you his story.
