If you’ve obtained a rare and powerful unit, you’ll want to equip it with one of the Anime Crossover Defense traits! Read this guide to learn more about each trait and how to roll for new ones.

Anime Crossover Defense Traits
Equipping a unit with a trait increases its stats! The rarer traits buff multiple stats, whereas the more common traits boost only one or two.
How to Obtain New Traits
To get new traits for your units, you need to collect a total of 5 Crystal Helixes to roll once. You can get Crystal Helixes via Anime Crossover Defense Codes or by completing daily tasks, obtaining drops, purchasing in the Shop, and paying for the Battlepass. To roll for a trait, you need to head to the Laboratory area in the main lobby – look for the neon green sign!
Walk over to the Dr. Stone NPC, who has a Traits sign over his head, and speak with him to roll. Choose the unit you want to roll a trait for, and then click the green ‘Reroll’ button! Make sure to pay attention to which trait you roll, as you don’t want to reroll a strong trait without realising it. This is because each reroll gets rid of the previous one and overwrites it
Impossible Traits
Traits with the Impossible rarity have a 0.2% chance to drop.
Omnipotent
- DMG: +140%
- Speed: +10%
- Range: +10%
- Max placement: -1
CEO
- Coins Generated: +30%
- Cost Reduction: +25%
- Range: +40%
- DMG: +20%
- Speed: +10%
Doppelganger
- DMG: +50%
- Range: +25%
- Speed: +10%
- Cost Reduction: +10%
- Max Placement: +1
Mythical Traits
A little more likely to appear than the Impossible traits, the Mythical ones have a 1% drop rate chance.
Innovator
- Coins Generated: +25%
- Cost Reduction: +10%
- Range: +25%
- Speed: +10%
Nanomachines
- DMG: +25%
- Range: +15%
- Speed: +15%
Lightspeed
- Speed: +25%
Legendary Traits
With a 5% drop rate chance, the Legendary traits are still super rare but have a much higher chance of dropping compared to the Mythical and Impossible traits.
Super Sonic
- Speed: +15%
Hawkeye
- Range: +50%
Radiant
- DMG: +25%
Epic Traits
It’s a pretty big jump from the Legendary traits, but the drop rate chance increases to 30% for these ones!

The most common traits to drop in Anime Crossover Defense, the Rare traits have a 63.8% chance to drop when rolling!
