Type Soul Sozosei Guide - Clan Buffs and Boss Drops

Sozosei Clan
If you’re lucky enough to be a part of the Sozosei clan, you’re in for a treat. While you can reroll for clans on an already existing character, you also have a chance of getting the Sozosei clan on a new character, as they are randomly assigned when you first log in.
Only Shinigami players can be members of the Sozosei clan! It’s known as the best clan in Type Soul, so it might be worth making a new character if you’re currently a Hollow or Quincy. It’s also currently the rarest clan to obtain, with a Mythical rarity and a drop rate chance of 1%.
Clan Buffs
- Posture +8
- HP +30
- Reiatsu +10
- Vizard duration is 7.5% longer
- Bankai duration is 7.5% longer
Sozosei Boss
Set Sozosei, the Captain of the 7th Division is a boss that you can go up against in Type Soul. He’s fairly easy to kill as long as your character is strong enough, or you have a group of people with you to help out. The drop rates for Sozosei are notoriously low, so you’ll be coming away with plenty of Hogyoku Fragments, rerolls, and Skill Boxes.
Boss Drops
The main 2 drops from the Sozosei boss are:
- Seventh Thunder
- Shikai weapon
- Must have a Lightning Element
- Thunder God Wheel
- Back accessory
- HP +5
- Reiatsu +6.5
- Posture +3
- Reiatsu Regen increases by 1.5%
However, he does have a chance of dropping other items too, such as:
- Hogyoku Fragments
- Locked Weapon Rerolls
- Skill Boxes
- Locked Element Rerolls
