Type Soul Arrancar Weapon Tier List

Find out which Arrancar weapons are the best to use with our rankings below. The weapon you prefer depends on the type of combat you like, however, some weapons are just universally stronger as a whole.

S Tier

The best weapons for your Arrancar/Hollow character!

  • Siphon’s Wretch
    • Exclusive
    • Siphon the Reiatsu of your opponents to replenish your own and your allies
  • Abject
    • Exclusive
    • Includes an AoE attack that Siphons Reiatsu from the nearest opponent
  • Cerocrusher
    • Legendary
    • Grab all enemies in your pathway and punch them with Cero or Reiatsu
    • Summon a Bala to attack the target with it
  • Fire Knight’s Greatsword
    • Exclusive
    • Coat the sword in flames as you strike the enemy
    • Summon fire projectiles

A Tier

While S-tie weapons are subjectively the best, these are still excellent choices.

  • Grimmjow’s Claws
    • Common
    • This weapon inflicts the Bleed debuff onto enemies when using M1
    • The Critical ability sends the enemy flying into the air
  • Piety
    • Mythic
    • Send your opponents into the air with a spell
    • Knock your enemies back
    • Can be used at range and up close
  • Heatpiercer
    • Mythic
    • Flash step unleashes explosions of flames 3 times
  • Neliel Katana
    • Rare
    • After hitting an enemy with your katana, you summon an explosion of Reiatsu
  • Calibre
    • Legendary
    • Use a gun that shoots out Reiatsu and Cero
  • Legacy Murasama
    • Exclusive
    • Perform a combo with your blade, sheath, and legs
    • Summon an AoE attack as you strike all enemies multiple times
  • Cloudsplitter
    • Legendary
    • Perform combos
    • Knock enemies back with a shockwave and your staff

B Tier

These weapons are a 50/50 – they’re kind of weak, and kind of decent, but nothing to write home about.

  • Nnoitra’s Scythe
    • Common
    • Reduces movement speed and prevents flash stepping for a short while
  • Wonderweiss’s Sword
    • Weak pierce
  • Murasama
    • Exclusive
    • Grants you hyper armor when using this move Unsheathed
  • Neliel’s Lance
    • Common
    • The colour of the lance’s blade is based on how you’ve levelled up your skill tree
      • Green for Kido, Red for Kendo, Yellow for Medic, and Blue for Speed
    • This weapon’s Critical ability has a great range and can also stun enemies
  • Destello
    • Legendary
    • Use your spear to slice through enemies
    • Engulf yourself in lightning with the Critical move
  • Serpentinize’s Breaker
    • Legendary
    • Pull enemies in, followed by striking them, stunning them for a while
  • Verglas
    • Rare
    • Freeze enemies in place before hitting them

C Tier

Find a replacement weapon as soon as possible.

  • Harribel’s Dagger
    • Common
    • Apart from a ground-smashing Critical move, this weapon is quite underwhelming
  • Barragan’s Axe
    • Common
    • Heavy weapon, but pretty boring
  • Yamato
    • Exclusive
    • A sword that slashes
  • Scar
    • Legendary
    • Attack your opponent with a flurry of strikes with claw-like weapons
  • Hollowburden
    • Legendary
    • Stun your enemy with a strike, and if hit successfully, you can lunge back to the enemy to slash them once again
  • Tessen
    • Common
    • Use fans to pull your opponents in

D Tier

If a weapon’s in this tier… don’t even bother with it.

  • Ulquiorra’s Katana
    • Common
    • The black smoke during the Critical ability looks cool, but that’s the only major positive, really
  • Bloodedge
    • Legendary
    • Cool purple blasts accompany your moves
  • Elipson
    • Rare
    • Dash with your axe, causing the ground to erupt into a small wall
