With updates rolling out almost every week, I’ve put together this handy 99 Nights in the Forest Update guide to keep you in the loop on what’s happened. I’ll go through all the new content that has been added, as well as any rebalances and fixes.

99 Nights in the Forest Update

I’ve broken down the update into categories so you can easily find what you’re looking for. Be sure you bookmark this page, as I’ll update this post when there’s a new update so you can stay in the loop.

Decorations Update

Compared to previous updates, this one is slightly smaller and focuses on personalisation and decoration rather than introducing new events or classes. Either way, this is the perfect update if you like to make your base aesthetically pleasing.

New Content

You can find all of the new content added below.

  • 60+ new furniture items to decorate your base with!
  • The Furniture Trader NPC has a base stock as well as rare rotating items.
  • New paintbrush tool! You can find this in the Fishing Hut.
  • Writeable Signs are available, which you can use to write your name and personalize your base.
  • Grid Snapping feature! This allows you to place furniture with precision.

When Is The Next Update?

I know this isn’t ideal, but we aren’t sure what the next update is or when it’s going to happen. However, they tend to release weekly at the moment, so I’m sure it’ll be soon.

As this one is smaller and focuses on cosmetics, hopefully the next one will introduce new gameplay features. Or, even better, a new 99 Nights in the Forest Ending. When you reach 99 nights, it mentions more content and endings being in a future update.
