Crezax: "Please be assured that we're very much aware of the plague that is bots (automated game play through third party programs) on the European realms, and are taking steps to address this most severely. While we won't go into details and can't promise immediate visible improvement, we're working diligently to track down and sanction those cheating, especially those negatively affecting the realm economies.
