LiiLD.C wins the first edition of the GosuArena tournament after a 2-0 victory over recent BlizzCon runner-up LucifroN.

The fairly new website GosuArena.com held their first 200-dollar-tournament earlier today. With a 32-man single elimination bracket, the tournament ended fairly early. The Swedish Night Elf player Daniel "LiiLD.C" Claesson from nGize claimed the 200 bucks after a 2-0 win over Pedro "LucifroN" Durá in the final, played out on Secret Valley and Twisted Meadows.

LiiLD.C felt in good shape for the final, after wins over the two Orcs Thrall and TryDying in the two previous matches.
- When I had to play LucifroN I had everything set, said LiiLD.C after the match.

On LucifroN's way to the final, he took out the Finnish duo BrinGeR and Satiini. But another Night Elf proved too much for the young Orc sensation.

The last time the tow fought was in the European qualifier for BlizzCon 2008. Back then, LucifroN came out on top.
- In Spain [...] I played bad and thought LucifroN would be a safe win, says LiiLD.C.
- This time I was maybe even the underdog because LucifroN played damn good in the tournaments he participated in lately, he says.
