nGize, front runners even before the ninth playday, are now three points ahead of We are Go with one more match played. The Korea/Spain duo Check and LucifroN remain undefeated in the league, with 32 acquired points and nine wins in a row.
SK took the early lead after a 2-1 win in the 2on2 match, but was then mangled down in the first 1on1 encounters, with Check defeating Lyn and LucifroN defeating MichaeL.
In the second 1on1 round SK's superstar Lyn was able to defeat the young Spaniard LucifroN in an Orc mirror, while seeing his team mate MichaeL lose to Check.
SK fans are now vowing for the former German EPS champion Daniel 'miou' Holthuis to get a slot in the WC3L after seeing June "Lyn" Park and Jin Wook "MichaeL" Roh lose key games. However, the German alternative is not that steaming hot, only grabbing four out of nine wins in the German ESL Pro Series.
But statistics show Lyn and MichaeL as a splendid 2on2 pair, winning seven out of nine matches, after only losing to Grubby/Happy and Like/TeD.
In today's ranking we see SK-Gaming on a fifth place with 23 points, and might very well be surpassed by Mousesports, mTw and Team ALTERNATE should the German-based teams have a blooming ninth playday.
