Moon: "I feel very good, and I will win, yeah..."

Yesterday, ESL made a quick interview with Moon about his thoughts on IEM in Chengdu. The Night Elf master stated he will win this tournament and that Lyn is his hardest opponent in the group stage.

As all the matches in Group B finished, Moon was one step closer to achieving his goal. First, he went against Lyn and beat him 2-0, followed by two more victories, against the PGL champion Fly100% and the Human InFi, also 2-0. In the winners bracket semi finals Sky stomped down his great rival two nil, and sent the confident Night Elf to the losers bracket to play against TeD.

Fly100%: Competition is very rough

Fly100%, who is also in Group B, didn't seem as confident. The PGL champion said that the competition is very rough and his hopes are getting in the top three. He also mentioned Moon as his toughest opponent.

However, Fly's dreams of top three vanished quickly. Oddly enough is that he didn't manage to show even a bit of his awesome performance from PGL. Starting off with a 0-2 loss to Infi, only to repeat his elongating losing streak against Moon. His last match was against his Orc counterpart Lyn and even though Fly has probably the best and most stable Orc mirror, he did a set of mistakes that caused him the last game.

Grubby: "One of us is lying, and it ain't me"

Just after the end of the group stage, The other MYM superstar Grubby was interviewed. He also claimed that he will take the gold. "One of us is lying and it's not me", said the Dutch player and smiled.

Speaking for his games today, he said that he "destroyed" HoT in the first game. "Game two I decided to do a rush but it failed miserably and I lost," added the talkative Orc player. As for the last game, Grubby said he made some bad decisions and thought he had it lost, but in the end he managed to win. About the games against Sky, Manuel stated that he didn't feel good in game one and made some mistakes which cost him the third game as well. As for against TeD, The Dutch Orc answered that he was prepared for the tier two push and managed to get good creep jacks in the third game.

In the playoffs, Grubby had to play TeD once again, defeated him 2-0 and went against Sky in the winners bracket final, continuing his troublesome Human vendetta with a 0-2 loss. Now Grubby will have to defeat the winner between Moon and TeD in order to go to the finals and try to fulfill his promise.
