Sky goes up against Grubby in the first round of the World Wide Invitational.
After hours of confusion where Blizzard had two different brackets online on their American and European site, the correct brackets are now official.
The first match features ToD against XlorD. The young German Undead player was not originally on the invitate list, but due to Fly100%'s visa problems, XlorD was called in.
The second match features Grubby and Sky. Looking at previous matches between the two, Sky has the upper hand with several more wins over the Orc player Grubby. Grubby won the latest clash though, at the PPLive Race Wars back in March.
Third match stands between the two Koreans Moon and Lyn. Both players should know each others' play styles a lot, since they have faced each other five times already this year, last one being in NGL-ONE in the end of May.
Lastly, we see the only two players without a team: SaSe and FoV. SaSe showed proof of good shape at DreamHack Summer, both winning the WGT tournament as well as the Swedish ESWC qualifier. FoV did an okay PGL tournament, but his shape is questioned.
