After three hours of intense WarCraft 3 gaming the GosuCup #1 its over, and we got our first winner.
With four rounds done, there were only four players left in the semifinal, three Nightelfs - TonyForsberg, iP.winter, and light3ghost, and one Human - iR]Ust4ge. In the upper side of the bracket we had iP.winter against TonyForsberg, while the lower bracket showed us light3ghost facing iR]Ust4ge.

light3ghostThe Nightelf mirror was for Tony. After the first game went to Tony, winter lost his motivation and gave the second game easier than his opponent thought. The other semifinal was pretty fast as the Slovak Human player found little resistance from his Australian opponent.
The final game was set, Human against Nightelf. First game was played on Twisted Meadows, where Ust4ge tried to expand at level three but failed after Tony put some pressure on him. Game two was played on Tenaras Stand where the Slovak player went for a fast expansion again, which was quickly compensated by the Elf with an expansion of his own. Later some bears appeared facing an army of spellbreakers, sorceress and priests. Tony won the final battle. Finally the last game was played on Echo Isles. Ust4ge went for a do or die' strategy by towering since the very begining, however, Tony picked a Firelord from the tavern and went directly to the Human base, finishing all hope of a comeback. TonyForsberg is the new champion.
