Two hours ago it was announced that the Scandinavian squad of MeetYourMakers has come to an end.
- The scene and general interest for the game WarCraft 3 in Denmark has been slowing to a trickle, and with that of course the competitive tournaments and events, as you can read at the MYM site.
What started as a fostering Danish WarCraft 3 squad evolved into a Scandinavian top team with names as Konna, Ciara, MyWa, ThomasG and most of the Danish top talents. The team had good results in NGL-TWO, plus being very close in qualifying for the WC3L.
But the Scandinavian scene is not big enough for MeetYourMakers anymore and because of that they decided to close down the division and release all players and managers except for two players. Rene "Ciara" Krag and Joona "Konna" Parikka will instead be moved to the international where the focus is put on them as individual 1on1 players and backup for the Korean players.
