The reigning WarCraft III Champions League champions SK Gaming's form from last season has obviously been well preserved. Yesterday, their all-Korean lineup took another convincing victory against Alternate aTTax and secured their place at the top of the table. After tonight's game the score is 4-0 in SK's favour with Lyn's match against yAwS postponed. The former is, of course, a huge favourite to bring in the last point of this game to his team.

dArkAs always, SK's Night Elf duo, ReMinD and SoJu, played an important in the victory by both winning their solo matchups against dArk and DeMusliM, as well as securing the 2vs2 game. After demolishing World Elite, who are considered as one of the top contenders this season as well in the first playday, the question still stands if anyone will be able to keep up with SK this season.
Another five games still remain of the second playday, which will continue today with MouseSports taking on the underdogs Serious Gaming. The Netherlands based side did put up a good fight against BeT with Sonkie and DowaQ grabbing points, but now they'll be put to a test that looks at least as hard as last one, but now against mouz. The recruitment of ToD has really brought mouz the missing link of the chain, which enabled them to compete with the very top teams like they showed us by taking out MYM during playday 1.
Another game to look out for is mTw against World Elite. Both teams house some excellent players, such as Satiini from mTw and, of course, Sky from WE, which should ensure a game of extreme skill. Seeing as both of them lost their initial games of this season, they're likely to be extra motivated to bounce back from their losses. However, the game has not yet been scheduled, but should be played within the beginning of next week.
Lastly, MeetYourMakers will find themselves in another superclash on Monday as they face Beijing E-sports Team in a highly prestigeous match. With Grubby in excellent shape and Moon up MYM's sleeve, this could be a good opportunity for a swift revenge after losing to mouz in the first round. For BeT's part, two of their players faced off in the AWL consolation match yesterday, where Sweet, who has been on fire lately, took out the skilled Night Elf WinNerS in a best-of-five series.
