The WC3L is now giving Chinese teams the chance to qualify on their own. In cooperation with PGL, Chinese teams will get the chance to sign up for a Chinese WC3L Qualifier.
There are 16 spots and the two teams reaching the finals will both get spots in the main WC3L Qualifier. So what's the point of this? - It allows for more talent to be showcased! The European WC3L admins simply do not have much knowledge about the Chinese scene, and have allows this to allow the best Chinese teams to be introduced into the scene.

- Clan name & ESL team ID
- A short clan history
- A list of your players and their ESL ID
- Team manager's contact information (i.e. MSN, QQ, etc.)
- Your internet provider
