And so the first KODE5 qualifier is over. Only a few hours ago FuRy won the last game versus DowaQ on Echo Isles. FuRy, LiiLD.C, DowaQ and EfFeCt were the four top favorites, and as the tournament escalated it were those four who made it the furthest.
DowaQ showed that his WCG Sweden performance wasn't a fluke, and took down both FuRy and LiiLD.C in the Winner Bracket. However FuRy worked his way through the Loser Bracket, first defeating LiiLD.C in the Loser Bracket Final to then play DowaQ in the Grand Final. And even though DowaQ was in the lead 1-0, FuRy could take down the young Undead star in three matches straight.
