As the World Cyber Games qualifiers wrap up in Brazil today it can be fairly said that many people are still in shock as the players Rodrigo 'MysT' Martina and Michael "Aisse" Fong finally broke the monotony of the Brazilian WC3 scene and beat Bernardo "PaTo" Rodrigues forcing him to finish outside a qualification spot for the Seattle Grand Finals.
PaTo NOT winning the WCGBrazil qualifiers is actually a first and quiet a pleasant surprise although we can predict that the finals to be dominated by the European and Korean players. These results were hardly expected as PaTo is generally regarded as the best Brazilian player in the scene and one of best from the America's.

MysT played well all tournament long with a couple of scares here and there, this should not be about loss of one player but the rather the victory of another and Brazil has new representation on the International level. The tournament itself was rather exciting as MysT overcame PaTo and then we saw his team-mate Aisse working some magic. Aisse rallied back from the lower bracket after being beaten by FeaR earlier, who he then exacted revenge on by knocking him out of the tournament.
