You just won the Effort for the Community Award, surprised?
- I feel of course honored to win this award and I wanna thank everyone that voted for me! I'm a little surprised to be honest, because 2006 was probably the year in which I have done least for the wc3 community compared to the years 2002-2005, but rather focused on eSports in general, but it feels good anyways.

Why do you think people voted for you?
- Thats a tough question, we should maybe ask the people? :) Well I think it is mostly because I've done a lot in the past years for wc3 in general, by founding Go4WC3, WC3L, running dozens of tournaments online and offline, but also by bringing the Asian and European scene closer together and thus bringing WC3 and its competition to another level.
Of course I would never claim this for me alone, but I guess I played an important role in this, so I would say it is more about what I have done in general, then in 2006 in particular.

What is the next project in 2007 that you will be involved in?
- Well the next project is obviously going to be the upcoming WC3L Season X Finals and Season 4 Battle.Net Finals, along with the ENC 2007, the current Extreme Masters season as well as upcoming WC3L Season's and who knows, if more is coming up ;) However my major focus is no longer wc3 alone, but eSports in general.

Taking a look at the other nominees; JacziE, ownitsch, Miker and Zerter; who would you have liked to see winning this award?
- Anyone deserves it in a way I guess, but Ownitsch is probably the one (at least from what i noticed) that would have deserved it the most out of these.

Finally, the "Gosu Gamer of the Year" is left, who would you like to give this award to?
- I think each of the players deserves a nominee in a way. It is pretty hard to point on one particular player, as each of them has had his ups and downs this year. I'd probably go with either Grubby or Sky, Grubby has been most consistent, while Sky probably had the bigger success at major solo tournaments this year

Apart from the honor, Baschi wins a Q-PAD Gaming Package including the Q-PAD CT (picture), Mouse Glidz, Wristband and a Keyband.

Next up is Gosu Gamer of the Year!
