The only female player in CEG Xi'an did not pass her group stage. Colagirl lost to Sweet, SaSe and Thank, but she is still happy to have attended.
CEG Xi'an had 35 male players and one female. Zhu Li, also known as First.Colagirl is a Night Elf player and one of the best female players that Asia has brought forth. She was placed in Group D along with the Swede SaSe, Korean Sweet and her contryman Thank. She lost all of her matches but she still enjoyed playing the games.
- Sweet was great with his micro-control and I lost the game. But I feel happy to play with him, she says.
Sweet and Colagirl had faced each other before on Battle.Net, and she thinks he is a lot stronger now than a year ago. She said that Sweet is good playing against a Night Elf using Beastmaster, so she decided to change strategy. Despite that she lost. After the game she could see that even though she was a female player, he respected her.
- He shook hands with me. Though he is stronger than I am, I can see that his respect for female players.

Goldtel.Thank > First.Colagirl
She says that SaSe and Sweet are pretty similar.
- They all pay attention to details and have a lot of experience, says Colagirl, but adds that he has his own ideas on which hero to go with and to put his buildings. Comparing that to Sweet who has a standard way of playing, almost like a formula.

Colagirl thinks that this event was very professional, a first class event in the country. She is also happy that they show their support and recognition for female gamers.
- Female E-sports has had the concern of authorities and I believe there will be more clubs and events for female players in the future, she says. And the gap between her and male players is not too big.
- I don't think I have too much gap in strength. We will work harder from now on and one day become players of the same level as those male players, she says.
Do you have any expectations for CEG2007?
- I still hope there will be more female games next year.
