The MBCGame International League was not only currently the biggest WarCraft 3 league in South Korea but also worked as a qualifier for the ESWC 2006. The top two players were to qualify for the event held in France later this summer. This should be considered the toughest 1on1 league, and the winner were not only be considered the top Korean, but also a whole lot of cash.
The were two group stages. The first group stage held 16 players in groups of four. After that the two top players in each group advanced to a second group play. The top two there moved on to the semifinals, and then the Grand Final were to wait. The last two men standing were the two Undead players MYM]Lucifer and 4K^FoV (picture), two very wellknown players in the world. Both has done incredible results in the WC3L, and are considered by many the best Undead players. So the community was up for a quite a mirror match between the two. This means that FoV is the winner of MBCGame International League and that he will together with Lucifer be the ones representing Korea in ESWC this summer. They will also be the Korean representatives in the Chinese/Korean eSports festival WEF. Congratulations to FoV!

The Grand Final of MBC International League was played yesterday, and featured 4K^FoV and MYM]Lucifer in a best of five match. Both players had a great run, however FoV had the advantage by defeating Lucifer in the first group stage.
