GoodGame had the 10th place, before they chosed to withdraw for the current season, with only two teams behind them. Regarding to the management of team, this has been discussed the last two weeks and now they have made their decision. In the same time their Finish top player Satiini have chosen to leave the team and he has already hooked up with a new team, Play.IT.

Tonight, our Finnish player Juha-Matti "Satiini" Bäckström leaves our Warcraft 3 squad. After several discussions, the goodgame team decided to retire from the WC3L.
That decision, which was obviously hard to make, is the result of the numerous timing issues we suffered the two past months. As a matter of fact, the team clearly had some bad luck, with a long tournament that was held during the summer holidays. With several players being unavailable due to personnal and professionnal reasons, retiring was inevitable. We knew it would be difficult to take part in such a tough league with as small a line-up as ours.
We're not sure yet what the future will look like for our Warcraft 3 team. However, decisions are going to be made in the very next days.

Yesterday the French team GoodGame decided to leave WC3L. They have had a tough season and they have only managed to win one match this season against the Polish team Pentagram and are disapointed by the bad results. This fact have made Satiini decide to leave GoodGame for Play.IT.
