Despite not being able to defend their title, the team of Germany was still able to place in the top3
The third place deciding match saw the team of Sweden go up against Germany. Both teams were obviously disappointed, with Germany not being able to defend it's title and Sweden to making it further then last season.
The team of Sweden didn't seem to care much about this match. Instead of an epic third place match there wasn't much of an effort to try to get in the top placing, letting Christofer "Fhra Nilsson play instead of LiiLD.C, KnofF or Thorzain.
Germany on the other hand, despite being a third place decider still had guns left to fight. Rather then HasuObs and XlorD we still saw Germany's top players play. Heinrich "S.o.K.o.L" Rennert (3rd place EPS) and Tim "HLA" Gebel (4th place EPS) along with Marc "yAwS" Förster for the 2v2 secured Germany's third place.
