The continental cup concludes with the east team coming out victorious.
The East team proved to be to strong for the West as they easy took the continental cup, defeating the West in both format. It was rather unfortunate tough that the matches for the Threesome (Seedings) were only best-of-1, so the there was no possible chance for a comeback.
Jae Ho “Moon” Jang and Weilang “Fly100%” Lu were the ones responsible for bringing the team to victory. In the Threesome they both won their respective match against their opponents as where June “Lyn” Park fell to the likes of Pedro Moreno “LucifroN” Duran.
When it came down to the Deathmatch (King of the Hill) format it was all Fly100%. He took down the entire West team on his own, which secured the East sides victory for the Warcraft 3 part of the continental cup.
Because the East Counter Strike team also won, The East side is officially the winner of eStars 2009 continental cup.
