According to the head coach of the roster previously known as FXOpen Korea, the team will reembrace their old name fOu effective November 1st.

When it was announced yesterday that FXO.KR will be losing the FXOpen sponsorship, coach Choya mentioned that the team will continue but will not return to the previous brand For Our Utopia (or fOu for short). Team fOu was originally created all the way back in October 2010 and existed under this name until July of 2011 when the FXOpen company acquired its roster.

Today we learn that Choya and co have decided to go back to the recognized abbreviation after all. Currently, the team is accepting suggestions for their new logo, their return scheduled for November 1st.

Although seeing more success under the FXO brand, fOu did have decent record of their own, their roster including a GSL semi finalist (sC), a GSL top eight finisher (Choya) and a top four finish in 2012 GSTL 3.

We will be back with fOu on November 1st. We will also announch our sub-sponsors on that day. We are going into works with our new emblem.
