With no losses this round (and overall on a seven-game win streak), KT Rolster are holding the runner-up position in the Proleague, good five points before SK Telecom. Seven more matches remain until the tournament enters the final sixth round.

KT have, in part, SK Telecom to thank for their current position. The two teams have been competing for the runner-up spot for a while now and Boxer's team needed a decisive victory against CJ Entus today if they were to ovecome KT for the #2.

Such victory did not come as CJ Entus relied on Effort and hero[join] - much like they did in the previous season - to destroy the star line-up of SK Telecom.

Apart from the game against Bisu, in which Effort went for a brood lords/swarm host combo and pushed the long and tense game into a base race which he would win by the superiority of his composition, it didn't take long for CJ to get a crushing lead right from the start.

It took Rain's equally impressive 3-game win streak to tie the score. The Protoss sliced through the nyduses of Effort, the swarm hosts of Hydra and the fortifications of Bbyong to bring it back to a 3-3 but, to SKT's ill luck, he couldn't force yet another win. Fresh from the bench came herO[join] and slapped down Rain for the final 4-3 in CJ's favor.

Seven matches before the end of round five, Woongjin Stars are still way ahead of everyone else in terms of placement. With 23-10 in series and 21 points ahead of the runner-ups from KT Rolster, it will take a long losing streak from Stars (and a long winning one from the rest) to let go of the security of their #1 spot. Proleague resumes on 27th after the short break with EG-TL against Team 8th.
