The European tournament for CraftCup was postponed due to the update to the StarCraft II beta, while HuK takes first place in the US once again.
To assure that players did not experience lag issues, the tournament was delayed a week for all Europeans. The tournament was scheduled at the exact time the server went down for maintenance and was rescheduled to be an hour later. However it was decided eventually to be postponed until the week after.
The US tournament went ahead as scheduled and saw HuK win his second CraftCup tournament in a row. This puts his winnings to a total of $100 from the CraftCup tournaments so far. Huk defeated his opponent Sheth 3-0 to take first place in the tournament.
Over 100 players took place in the latest US CraftCup tournament, despite the $50 prize money, the tournaments have not risen significantly from week to week. This weeks IS CraftCup also included a livestream of the tournament games.
The European tournaments will resume this week on Friday, April 30th at 19:00 CET.
