OnGameNet Starleague Season 1
Starting back in July, the OSL saw 30 players duke it out for it's impressive prize pool of $93,300. Now only six remain as Rain and Last already secured their place in the top four, and the last quarter finals - Flying vs MC and DongRaeGu vs Oz conclude on the 2nd and 3rd of October, the end of this grand tournament should come to a close by the end of the month.

Global Gaming Alliance Cup qualifiers #12 / #13
The GGA SC2 Global Tournament is a 32 player competition with $5000 and products up for grabs. 16 invited players and 16 that qualify via the global weekly qualifiers will duke it out at the grand finals expected in December. During the month of October the first two China qualifiers, number 12 and 13, will be played out on the 3rd and 25th.

Global Starcraft 2 League Season 4
One of the biggest tournaments around, GSL started back in August and has been a wild ride ever since. With a combined prize pool of about $154,000 divided between Code S and Code A winners, the stakes are very high.
In Code S we are down to the last eight players. The RO8 (or Quarter Finals if you will) are scheduled for the 3rd and 4th. The winners will carry on to the Semifinals on October 11th, and the grand finals will be held at the 20th.
While Code S is concluding Code A will be going strong with Ro48 matches from October 2nd all the way to the Ro32 and to end with the Ro24 at the end of the season on the 16th to 18th.

Global Starcraft 2 Team League Season 3
About $57,000 comprise the prize pool of GSTL season 3. Nine teams started the event in September and it's going strong all through October with the finals planned for November.
New Star HoSeo are the first team to be eliminated during the initial preliminary round one. Round two boasts two groups of four teams each, where the top teams move on to the playoffs and the bottom teams eliminated. Matches are planned for the 5th, 6th, 12th and 14th.

World Championship Series - Asia Finals
One more guys. One more event to the World Championship, and this one by no means falls short. The Asia championship has some of the worlds biggest name competing for a $60,000 prize pool and seeds to the World Championship.32 players will duke it out in a double elimination style where all rounds are Bo3.

Electronic Sports World Cup 2012
ESWC 2012 will take place in Porte de Versailles during the Paris Games Week, holding tournaments in many different games including Dota 2, Shootmania, FIFA 13 and Starcraft 2 among others. The SC2 tournament will hold 32 players and an unannounced prize pool.
Qualifiers have been going on since July and will continue throught October up to the big event. The qualifiers that are yet to be played: France, Ukraine, Slovakia, China, India, Pakistan, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark), Australia, Korea.
