GGPlay returns to his roots after having played for CJ Entus since March this year, and no one is happier about it than he is.
The deal was finalized yesterday and Kim Joon Yung is now officially registered at KeSPA as a Woongjin Stars player. "I wanted to have GGplay back more than anyone.", says the head coach of Stars about the deal.
When GGPlay heard the news of Hanbit Stars potential disbandment he was quite sad over seeing his old team possibly vanish. Luckily the team survived and GGPlay seems to have felt the call of his old home. He is very pleased with the transfer and confident that his play will improve from this point on.
-"I’ve been with the Woongjin members for a long time so I think I will be more comfortable there and focus better on my play, I want help the team to make it into the playoffs and also win the Pro League championship title."
