Chinese websites report of the first Chinese WCG qualifier for StarCraft. 16 players, invited based on previous World Cyber Games performances, will go head to head on Wednesday, February 11 for three spots in the Chinese WCG national finals.
Maps for the tournament are Sin Chupung-Ryeong, Destination, Colosseum 2 and BlueStorm. These four maps might very well become the maps the WCG committee decides as the fixed maps for all qualifiers and the grand final.
WFbrood reports that players partaking are Jun Chun "Pj" Sha, Sun Yi "F91" Feng, Zhang Lu "Super" Ming, Liu "LoveTT" Yin, Luo "Lx" Xian and Zhuang Chuan "Phoenix " Hai and 10 more players of China's best. The full player list is said to be revealed tomorrow.
The tournament will be streamed by PStream, QQLive and NeoTV.
