When TeamLiquid first announced their StarLeague, it did not take long before they had over one thousand players in the league. Now one week has passed, and here is the first of the weekly top 16 reports for you.
On top we have Strelok, one of the four Terrans. He does not really need a presentation, since he has been a part of the scene for so long, and we all know he is a very strong player. However, IdrA is not one hundred points behind, but since he will be leaving us soon, to go play with the cool crowd of Korean Progamers, we will have to see how long he can keep up the fight for the first spot in this league.

#16 T.sqd)Kr689963-28 Number three in the list, is the Canadian TT1, who after some problems, lately have been doing alright. Obviously he will have to show for real what he is made of, because only 59 points after him we have the legendary XiaOzI who always have been climbing the ladders, and will most likely keep doing so this time.
After that we have two pretty well known Americans, on fifth place the up and coming Zerg player ChOseN and his fellow team member, the new Excello recruit NonY. Mondragon is keeping up his game as well, with the best score in the list, on the seventh place.
IefNaij, Yayba, Notforu are three more well known names to the scene, who comes next. And CastrO, Cloud and Tarson makes it three Templars of Twilight players, and four players from Excello in the top 16.
What is also big is that the majority race is actually Protoss, split with Zerg this time, with six players each. The Terrans are fighting their way up, though, and with four players in the top 16, and more of them fighting their way up in the ranking, maybe we will see a change pretty soon.
