For those who don't know, ICCUP, the big new ladder, also has created its own Clan League. A system very similar to the WGTCL, ICCUP differs in one respect. It's A Division winners were promised a prize pool of $1000, making it potentially one of the most lucrative leagues, rivaling FragBet League and the BWCL Premier League.
Therefore, the competition among the Division B teams to reach Division A with the chance to fight for a piece of the pie is quite compelling. This season did not disappoint, and if the coming seasons of ICCUP CL are as successful as the first, the BW community is in for quite a treat! Here are the final results of Division B.

The North American team [LighT] dominated Division B1 with a perfect 9-0 record, finishing 10 points ahead of the 2nd place team. However, after team [LighT] the race was quite a close one for the 2nd spot. The Chilean team, (CHILE) took the Silver with 25 points, followed very closely by LatinGamers and w4sp, who each tied with 22 points. However, w4sp still has one unfinished match and might possibly have the chance to ascend to the A Division. We'll have to stay tuned!
Unfortunately, four teams had to be demoted to the C Division... and those were: nV, nB), CDS, and T.SQD. CDS was probably considered the favorite to win by many, and although they disappointed in this season, perhaps they will make a comeback in the following season!

Division B2 was a little more polar than B1. With the top 3 teams clearly dominating the competition, and 3 teams finishing in the negatives.. this was nearly a no-contest Division. The two teams to ascend to the A Division are both Russian; pAq, who has been doing very well recently, and Lyra who has also reached Division 1 of WGTCL. The Hungarian hope, F2F finished 3rd place, 3 points behind Lyra, so must endure another season of Division B2.
For some reason this Division endured attendance problems, as 3 teams received many forfeits... hopefully in the coming season, less of this will be encountered. Team NaW struggled, continuing their woes from WGTCL, similar with uT. The German squad of ScT will unfortunately have to descend as well.
To the following four teams once again, who will ascend to the A Division of ICCUP, and battle it out with ToT, LRM, xLo and other great teams for some great prizes!
