Christmas Clash is now over and the winner is no one else than the Polish WCG representative and DreamHack runner-up Dreiven!
169 confirmed players in the Christmas Clash last night gave us ten hours of StarCraft at its best. The tournament itself ran very smoothly and even if it took ten hours to finish it the atmosphere in the channel at The Abyss was great. With the brackets listing names such as Mondragon, GohaN, Strelok, Notforu, White-Ra and many more, the competition was tough all the way through the tournament and all the top four players had to go through many good players to get there.

Dreiven4:3 IefnaijWith three Protoss players in top 4 gave us the Polish Dreiven facing xLo's Vanilla from the US in the semis. After having to play all five games Dreiven walked out as the winner and was therefore ready for the final. Iefnaij had a tougher way to his semi final. Facing players such as GoOdy, Fosken and Yayba before taking on the Peruvian Fenix and then standing up against Dreiven in the grand final's best out of seven match.
The top three players will get their prizes as soon as possible and we also have DanteStyle who is working on a replay package from the tournament and we will have it up as soon as he can reach all the player and get their replays, keep your eyes open!
