For those who don't know, the cup is there to give teams in the league and in the waiting list a chance to get into the next season, directly to the second division. Also this time, the German team NoWAYouT have chipped in to sponsor the cup with 100€ in prize money divided to the winner and the runner up.
The cup is played as a single elimination tournament, with as many teams as sign up and every Wednesday, the teams play another round. This week it was the 1/8 final with only 16 teams left. Among those we have teams like xLo, MgZ and inF, all fighting for the money and the spot in the second division.
Both Excello and MicroGamerZ did good this week, both advancing. Also Inferno e-sports are winning against their German opponent Wild 4 Sports. aAa, the new French team is not done with the round yet, but cannot lose more than one game against the Hungarian Face to Face without being out of the cup.

Not all the matches are played yet, but the rules says the teams will have until Sunday to play their games. The team not being able to play before Sunday will gain a loss and will therefore be out of the cup.
