With 102 players signed up, the tournament started out at 17:00 CET. After about four hours there were eight players left, and the Quarter finals were being played, the last matches before we would know who would continue to the league.

fAke.Mamon.oO< LRM)MIStrZZZIt was a couple of surprising or at least not predicted players making it to the top eight and the quarter final. As the top four of each tournament will qualify to the actual league, this stage of the tournament had a lot of eyes on it. The Swedish hope Qpad.datoby was eliminated by the Czech CDS)Crow and the two Russians 3D.Sudden and Mamon from fAke. faced each other, with Mamon walking off as the winner.
Also the new polish LRM hot shot, MIStrZZZ played well in his game versus the Ukrainian pAq.Jersey. When it comes to the fourth quarter final it was played, versus kassios from France, and the Romanian Jack. kassios won, but as he is not available for the league itself there were some complications with him ending up with one of the top four placements.
The last of the four players will be settled in a match between Jack and NonY who were the two last persons eliminated in the tournament by kassios. The match will be played shortly and we will keep you posted with information of how it ends up.

NonY[rC]The tournament continued, with MIStrZZZ moving on as one of the finalists. Mamon won over Crow, and the final took off. Due to the time, the players decided to make the final a best out of three games match instead of playing five games. The first one was won by the Pole, on Tau Cross but after a random Zerg versus Zerg from MIStrZZZ on Avatar the score was 1:1. MIStrZZZ continued playing good though, and won the last game, at Longinus too. So we have a winner, and we have four new players in the GosuGamers StarLeague!
