Another good news for all the Replay addicts out there as the German Zerg player ToT)Mondragon( published his practice games for this year WCG just some minutes ago. The Replay package contains 190 Replays and awaits your download.
The German top-notch player ToT)Mondragon( has just published a Replay package containing his practice games for this year World Cyber Games. A total of 190 Replays are included in the package, most of the games were played against his main practice partner ToT)Testie(, who also participated in WCG Finals in Monza, Italy. Other players worth mentioning are Ogogo, former winner of WCG, ToT)DaZe( and ToT)Odin(. I asked Mondragon how he prepared for WCG Finals, the answers can be found below.
Q: How many games a day did you play in order to practice for WCG?
A: The last month before WCG Monza I probably played like 10 games a day.
Q: Did you practice any match-up a lot, because you felt unconfident in it?
A: I mostly practiced zerg against terran, and most map I practiced was Paranoid Android
Q: Why did you play most of your games vs. Testie?
A: Nick is my main practice partner. We've palyed each other thousand of times for WCG and a lot of replays are missing (probably my losses ;D). Since we're very good friends we tried to help out each other with various matchups. He helped me a lot with zvt and zvp while I was playing much pvz games against him.
