MukugeEver since SCCL oGaming have watched with interest at the attempts of popular multigaming teams starting up Starcraft squads. So writes Freezer in the last newspost at oGaming.org. They also mention that over the past year they have received many offers from multigaming organizations but that they have declined them all. Until now.

Zergraptor impressed Rise Above

One of the managers, Tobi, tells GosuGamers that the newly made organization Rise Above watched the WCG qualifier in Canada with great interest. ZergRaptor was being watched as he ended second place and thereby qualifies for the Grand Final in Monza. And after lots of discussions with Rise Above oGaming decided to accept their offer.

Rise Above consists of four game teams - Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Source, WarCraft 3: DotA and StarCraft: Brood War. They have no big company behind them, and the sponsor shown on their site are the ones who made the website. Still, the team will be sponsored but with how much, and/or what, is not made public.

Big recruits to come?

Freezer further tells GosuGamers that the team will add a few big recruits down the track. The team will be sending two players to World Cyber Games - Zergraptor and the Malaysian player Cobo. Will any of the new recruits take part in WCG as well? It remains to be seen.
